How to buy from us
You order in our shop by going through the following steps
You order your desired article by clicking on the ‘Order’ button of the corresponding certificate in the respective detailed view.
In the next step, you will be asked to enter the CSR previously generated on your server in the predefined box.
If you do not yet have a CSR, you can also send it by e-mail after completing the order.
On the following page, you will be asked to complete the certificate holder's details. Some details are read from the CSR and already filled in.
In the next step, the details of the technical contact person are requested.
IMPORTANT: We always communicate with the technical contact person and the certificate is also sent to their e-mail address.

You can view or enter the final details in order step 5. Existing customers are asked to enter their customer number, new customers have the option of sending us proof of identity by data upload or fax.
Before you submit your order, you will receive an overview of all the data of your planned orders (in particular certificate holder, billing address, product, price, quantity, payment method) in the order overview. Here you will be asked to confirm that your details are correct. You can correct or change your order details by clicking on ‘Change’.
By clicking on the ‘Order with costs’ button, you are sending your order to us. In doing so, you are offering us the conclusion of a purchase contract. We will first confirm receipt of the order with an automatic e-mail (confirmation of receipt). However, this does not constitute a legally binding acceptance of the order by us. A contractual relationship is only concluded when we send you a written order confirmation, which we will also send you by e-mail.
